Biographies

Sue Quigley

"Raised in the nuclear plains of Eastern Washington, Sue stole her sister's guitar (abandoned for boys) and started writing songs at 13. Later it became a good way to pass the time between fires while working for the Forest Service one summer. In the last few years, Sue decided to quit stalling and get a band and record some music. The 2nd cd "Perfect Chaos" was co-produced by Jon ERvie (Brandi Carlile,PUSA,) and was released in Feb/09. It is curently being nationally promoted to college and AAA stations, with some charting beginning  and many stations adding her to their playlists, inlcuding 2 national radio shows in the Netherlands. Sue has been featured at the Bitter End-NYC,Showbox Sodo,Bite of Seattle,Pridefest, and completed her first west coast tour this past summer. As a kickoff to the tour, Sue was asked to perform acoustically at center court as the half-time show at the Seattle Storm game at Key Arena. Sue has plans to tour this spring to promote the new cd and hopes to raise a pint in the UK  in the fall while doing so."

Started playing Guitar in late 80’s Early 90’s – Played and recorded with numerous bands in Seattle in early nineties before moving to the East Coast in 1998. Returned in 2001 and picked up guitar and started playing seriously in Seattle band American School Of Warsaw. In 2005 I met Sue and filled in on a couple of gigs. I fell in love with her voice and asked to stay on and gig with her. I have been onboard with this band ever since.

We just recorded “OUTSIDE IN” with Sue early this year at Orbit Audio with Joe Reinke and have since enjoyed a very busy summer. I look forward to playing together with Sue for a long time.

I play a Gibson SG Custom Gothic through a Soldano Decatone Guitar head with a Marshal Cabinet.
